After experiencing several pregnancy losses during her corporate career, Amy reconnected to her spirituality and began a deep inner healing journey. It was here that Reiki found her and she was led to the world of Human Design & Gene Keys. An inner knowing that she needed to be of greater service than she was in the corporate leadership world, she birthed Amor&Life. Shortly after the universe followed and she completed her family with the birth of her second healthy son. Now serving with heart and purpose through Amor&Life by merging the best parts of her corporate experience with energetics and transformative shadow work.

Amy values family first, authentic connection, and wholistic wellbeing.
